Must start onsite from Day 1 and provide written confirmation for the same)Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, daily standups, and stakeholder reviews to support efficient execution and continuous improvementCoordinate cross-functional teams across applications, middleware, integration, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams to drive successful project outcomesManage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning across multiple concurrent initiativesSupport enterprise integration and modernization initiatives involving middleware platforms, API services, DataPower implementations, and Oracle database migration/modernization programsPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to prioritize backlogs, manage expectations, and align delivery with business prioritiesMonitor sprint metrics, delivery health, team velocity, and capacity planning to ensure predictable and high-quality deliveryProactively identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies, escalating issues with clear mitigation plans and executive-ready reportingCoordinate release planning, deployment schedules, testing cycles, and production readiness activities across enterprise platformsUtilize Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile management tools to maintain backlogs, track progress, manage reporting dashboards, and ensure documentation accuracyDrive governance activities including status reporting, steering meetings, RAID management, and executive communication across technology and business stakeholdersPromote Agile best practices, process optimization, collaboration, and continuous improvement across delivery teams and enterprise programs
