Role Overview As a Sales Associate, you won't just be a part of our team; you will be an ambassador for our brand, representing BONZ's core values of quality, elegance, and timeless sophistication. Your primary role is to foster relationships with our clientele, facilitate sales, and maintain the impeccable aesthetics of our retail space. Key Responsibilities Surpass personal sales and productivity objectives as discussed with the store manager. Acquire a thorough knowledge of our product line to enrich customer interactions and secure sales. Exhibit rapid adaptability in customer interactions, identifying needs and offering solutions. Extend customer engagement beyond in-store visits by capturing and utilizing contact information for ongoing relationship-building. Uphold our store's visual and organizational standards to align with the BONZ ethos. Proficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage email correspondence. Qualifications Minimum of one year's experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the luxury retail sector. Goal-driven and sales-oriented disposition. Vibrant, positive personality with an aptitude for proactive customer engagement. Robust verbal and written communication skills. Competence in using retail POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
