Job Responsibilities
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set goals and create plans to achieve them.
The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, supports them in setting and attaining their objectives, monitors progress, and provides coaching and direction to improve departments. By strengthening the departments, the restaurant's overall performance is enhanced.
The General Manager also hires and develops Department and Shift Managers, preparing the organization for future success.
Ideal Candidates
Prior experience as a General Manager at high-volume locations. A background in quick-service restaurants is strongly desired. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
