Caregiver for Adult with Special Needs

Benefits: Weekly Pay - every Friday w/ Direct Deposit About the Position: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team in supporting an adult with special needs. The individual is nonverbal, uses a wheelchair but has limited mobility, experiences seizures, and requires assistance with personal care. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities: Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with mobility, including transferring to and from a wheelchair Monitor and manage seizures, ensuring the individual's safety Assist with toileting and changing briefs as needed Prepare and administer meals Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Qualifications: Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role. Ability to lift and assist with transfers. Patience and a positive attitude. Ability to pass a Level Two Background Check. Schedule: Part time 30 hours a week 6 hour shifts 9am-3pm
