Private Equity Senior Associate, Software

Overview:Active private equity platform investing in software and tech-enabled services businesses across the middle market. The strategy focuses on control and structured minority investments in vertical software, mission-critical applications, and services businesses with strong recurring revenue or technology-enabled operating models. The team is looking to add a Senior Associate to take on meaningful ownership across execution and portfolio work.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain LBO and operating models, with focus on SaaS and recurring revenue metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, cohort analysis)Lead commercial and financial diligence processes and synthesize findings into investment recommendationsPrepare investment committee materials, including memos, presentations, and supporting analysisWork with portfolio company management teams on growth and value creation initiatives (pricing, go-to-market, M&A/add-ons, KPI tracking)Support and guide junior team members on modeling and diligence workstreamsProfile:3-5 years of experience across Investment Banking (software, technology, or services coverage), Private Equity, or Growth EquityStrong transaction experience with ownership of key workstreamsFamiliarity with software and/or tech-enabled services business models and key operating metricsAdvanced financial modeling skill setComfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment with high accountability
