You will use a CRM and dialer system to manage a high volume of calls, follow proven scripts, handle common objections, and maintain accurate lead information. This position is ideal for someone who is persuasive, dependable, and motivated by measurable results.𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :- Complete approximately 350–450 outbound calls per day.- Introduce customers to relevant services, offers, or appointment opportunities.- Use approved sales scripts and communication guidelines.- Build rapport quickly and maintain a professional tone throughout calls.- Respond to questions and objections with confidence and patience.- Qualify interested prospects based on predefined requirements.- Schedule appointments directly through internal scheduling tools.- Update lead records, call dispositions, and customer information in the CRM.- Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.- Attend training, coaching, and team check-in sessions.- Follow up with prospects as directed by the outreach process.- Perform other sales support duties as needed.𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:- Fluent English with strong spoken and written communication.- Confident, professional, and engaging phone manner.- Strong persuasion, listening, and interpersonal skills.- Comfortable working with outbound calling targets.- Able to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversations.- Reliable internet connection, backup internet, and consistent electricity.- Laptop or desktop computer and smartphone required.- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.- Previous sales, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or call center experience is preferred but not required.- Receptive to coaching and willing to learn new systems.- Strong attention to detail when recording customer information.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:- 100% remote work-from-home setup.- Structured training led by U.S.-based professionals.- Supportive coaching and clear performance guidelines.- Opportunities for advancement as the team grows.- Collaborative, goal-oriented, and fast-paced work culture.
