Lead Distribution Specialist (Real Estate)

Location: LATAM (Recommended) / To ConfirmHours Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)Time Zone: New York or California Time (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)About Company and RoleThe client operates within the U.S. residential real estate space, working closely with large brokerage networks and relocation systems. The business relies heavily on efficient lead management, precise coordination, and strong communication across agents, clients, and platforms.This role is highly specialized and best suited for someone with direct experience inside major real estate brokerages such as Sotheby’s International Realty or Compass Real Estate. The ideal candidate understands how relocation and referral pipelines operate at scale and has hands-on experience managing and distributing inbound real estate leads across agents.Key ResponsibilitiesAssign, track, and manage inbound real estate leads across brokerage networksCoordinate relocation and referral workflows between agents and officesEnsure timely and accurate lead distribution based on internal criteriaMonitor lead progress and follow up to ensure proper handlingMaintain and update CRM and lead management systemsCommunicate with agents, brokers, and internal stakeholders in real timeEnsure compliance with brokerage processes and service standardsProvide reporting and insights on lead flow and performanceMust-Have QualificationsDirect experience working as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager in U.S. residential real estateExperience working within large brokerages (not small teams or solo agents)Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms:eRelocation (by ASK)AnywheRE / Leads Engine (by Realogy/Anywhere)Broker Center (by Cartus)Global Referral Network (Sotheby’s)CIH Network (Compass)Strong understanding of U.S. real estate lead distribution and referral systemsExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work fully aligned with U.S. business hours (NY or CA time zone)High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience specifically with Sotheby’s International Realty or Compass Real Estate (strongly preferred)Experience with additional brokerages such as Coldwell BankerFamiliarity with relocation processes and cross-market referralsExperience handling high-volume lead pipelines
