This role is responsible for analyzing customer’s as-is operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes, develop improved processes and implement TMS software. Additional responsibilities include customer training, problem identification, issue mediation and delivering a course of action while implementing software to our clients.The Ideal candidate will have technical database skills primarily focused on Operations, Customer Service, Accounting and Financial related areas of the product. This role will be groomed for wellness reviews and business process assessments. The candidate will learn the software at a level to augment the quality of solutions provided to our customers.Primary ResponsibilitiesDefine and document customer requirements:Overall business process and workflowReporting needsData structure and definitionIdentify opportunities to improve business processesConfigure And Implement SoftwareSetup of software modulesInternal modeling of customer processesProvide customer trainingConsulting on data conversionConsulting on go-live cutoverAssistance with resolving customer issues related to software implementationAssistance delivering technical solutions to customer issues when applicableAdministrative Duties IncludeAccurate entry of time for billable and non-billable on a daily basisParticipation/Compliance in Trimble People Experience activitiesEngagement SurveysProvide daily recaps of customer engagement activity to Trimble project managers and customer stakeholdersResponsiveness to customer and internal inquiries in a timely mannerReview respond to email equests on daily basisCommunicate realistic response/delivery dates to customer and internal stakeholdersCommunicate changes to delivery dates in a timely mannerRequired SkillsAt least 3-5 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients BA/BS or equivalent work experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google for Work applications Ability to work independently Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives Ability to learn quickly, and to remain current with rapidly developing software in an ever-changing industry Strong follow-through, with a willingness to own and manage projects from end to end Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to work with internal and external customersOther duties as assignedTravel Requirements60 - 80%Ability to travel overnight 4 to 5 days per week Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Enterprise wide software in a transportation industryExperience with TruckMate systemsOperations or Administration experience in the transportation industryProject Management experience Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
