Executive Assistant to COO
High-Performance, High-Trust Role
We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to operate as the right hand to our COO.
This is not a task-based administrative position.
This is a leverage seat.
The person in this role must create measurable capacity and free up 20+ hours per week for the COO by protecting time, maintaining structure, and anticipating needs before they surface.
Our organization operates inside EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). We value accountability, clarity, execution, and results.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the COO across multiple companies and initiatives.
You will be responsible for protecting executive time, driving organization, and ensuring operational flow at the highest level.
This role requires judgment, discretion, systems thinking, and emotional steadiness under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a zero-inbox standard (processed daily)
Design and manage a high-performance executive calendar
Prioritize scheduling based on revenue and strategic impact
Coordinate and manage all travel logistics
Prepare and run structured weekly admin sync meetings
Anticipate conflicts and resolve them before escalation
Track key follow-ups and close loops consistently
Serve as liaison between COO and internal leadership
Maintain strict confidentiality across all matters

Proven experience supporting senior executives (CEO, COO, Founder)
This role will not succeed with someone who requires constant direction or prefers purely reactive task execution.
Qualifications
5+ years experience supporting senior leadership
Experience managing complex calendars and travel
Experience working in growth-stage or entrepreneurial environments preferred
Familiarity with EOS is a plus
Strong written communication skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
