Hardware Services Program Manager (Remote)

About the Opportunity:The **Hardware Services Program Manager** role is responsible for developing and improving hardware service processes to enhance customer relationships and operational efficiency. This position supports hardware service leadership in managing projects, coordinating hardware repairs, and ensuring effective communication across service teams, customers, and sales representatives. The role contributes to operational improvements, product traceability, and compliance, directly impacting service quality and customer satisfaction.3. Responsibilities:• Support hardware service leadership in implementing operational initiatives• Manage coordination of hardware repair service inquiries and repair processes• Maintain and update service database and documentation continuously• Plan and assist in operational enhancements and guide service coordinators and technicians• Ensure traceability of hardware products and maintain accurate warranty and configuration records• Review inside sales activities and collaborate with sales and marketing to improve product offerings and revenue• Follow and improve SOPs and service database procedures, including submitting Change Orders• Assist in management reporting, failure analysis, and service provider reviews• Support product development for new and updated capital equipment• Coordinate communications and payments with subcontractors and vendors• Ensure compliance with worldwide regulations related to traceability and servicing• Apply technical skills for service tasks and training initiatives as needed• Perform additional duties as assigned4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Business Management, Engineering, Operations, or Marketing• 5 to 8 years of hardware service experience• Strong customer-facing skills• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams• Proven leadership and team motivation skills• Excellent organization, flexibility, and quality commitment• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and write routine reports5.
