This role is 100% field-focused and ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, jobsite organization, and professional customer communication.About the RoleThe Project Manager is responsible for on-site leadership from start to finish—ensuring projects are installed to AR standards, remain safe and watertight, and are completed according to scope, schedule, and customer expectations. This position serves as the primary on-site contact for homeowners and coordinates closely with crews, subcontractors, and the Production Manager.What You’ll Be Responsible ForLeading job sites and serving as the on-site point of contact for customersCommunicating daily with homeowners regarding progress, schedule, and issuesReviewing scope, diagrams, and material lists prior to job startEnforcing company safety policies and OSHA standardsEnsuring jobs are clean, organized, and fully watertight at the end of each dayCoordinating crews, subcontractors, and daily productivityVerifying material deliveries and managing on-site materialsCompleting required photos, reports, notes, and documentation using company systemsIdentifying and documenting change orders and overages per company processSupporting punch lists, warranty items, and close-out activitiesRepresenting AR Roofing & Remodeling with professionalism at all timesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in roofing, siding, or general construction with hands-on field workStrong on-site leadership and ability to direct crews and subcontractorsClear, professional communication skills with homeowners and internal teamsComfort using smartphones and apps for photos, notes, and reporting (CompanyCam, CRM, etc.)Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordWork Environment100% field-based role with travel between job sitesAbility to climb ladders up to 32 ft, walk roofs and uneven surfaces, and lift up to 90 lbsExposure to varying weather conditions and active construction environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeJobs completed safely, on schedule, and to AR quality standardsPositive customer feedback with minimal escalationsAccurate, timely documentation and reportingStrong collaboration with crews, subcontractors, and Production ManagementEmployment DetailsFull-time, hourly positionReports to the Production ManagerAt-will employment
