Structural Steel Project Manager

Resolute Performance Iron is a structural steel contractor seeking a detail-oriented leader to oversee multiple steel projects from start to finish. The majority of our work is within the steel construction industry, and we are looking for someone who can manage projects through every phase of execution.Location: Phoenix, AZEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewThis role includes preparing and submitting proposals, developing and maintaining project schedules, ordering and tracking materials, directing shop and field staff, and managing all project closeout processes.ResponsibilitiesManage structural steel projects from kickoff through completionReview drawings, specs, and contract documentsCoordinate with detailing, shop, and field teamsWork closely with the Project Coordinator (PC) on the release of work packagesUtilize software such as Vista and Trimble PowerFab for project tracking and managementTrack material, fabrication, and delivery schedulesHandle RFIs, submittals, and change ordersCommunicate with GCs, engineers, and clientsEnsure projects stay on schedule and within budgetDemonstration of efficient problem solving is a plusQualificationsSubstantial knowledge of structural steel and miscellaneous metalsExperience in structural steel or miscellaneous metals project managementStrong understanding of fabrication and erection processesAbility to read structural drawingsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple jobsExperience with Tekla, Bluebeam, Vista, or Trimble PowerFab is a plusPowered by JazzHRLzI6GDrTWv
