General Manager

Job Description Ataly Graphics, an embroidery, screen print, promotional products company, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to run its production departments (embroidery and screen print). The General Manager will plan, direct, and oversee all departments.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supervising, training, and motivating production teams across production linesSchedule production jobs with a focus on efficient allocation of jobs to operators/machinesSchedule production jobs to meet or exceed customer deadlines and expectationsVerify product quality meets quality standardsEvaluate and compare machine and operator production logs to production standardsWorking knowledge of tread materials, backing, hooping and running an embroidery machineWorking knowledge of ink formulation, screen burning and reclaiming, automatic screen printing machines, and fabric specific drying requirementsMaintain equipment logs to ensure completion of required cleanings and maintenanceTroubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairsCoordinate intra-department cross training and when necessary inter-department trainingLead proactive inspection of machinery and buildings, and ensure compliance with PPE and other safety practices.
