Robotic Process Automation Developer

OverviewWe’re looking for two intermediate RPA Developers to support a large-scale automation initiative. These roles will be embedded within finance and accounting teams, working onsite and closely with business users to automate repetitive, manual tasks.This is a hands-on role that blends technical RPA work with business process understanding. While Blue Prism experience is preferred, other RPA tools are welcome. Candidates will also receive training in Appian (low-code) and AI tools like Google Gemini.What You’ll DoBuild and deploy RPA bots to automate tasks such as invoice processing, report loading, and data entry into SAP.Work directly with finance teams to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.Support projects involving document scanning and AI-powered data extraction.Participate in daily onsite collaboration (4 days/week).Must-Haves2+ years of experience in RPA or finance roles (either combination works).Experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism preferred, but others accepted).Business or finance background (e.g., AP processor, analyst, etc.).Strong communication and comfort working with non-technical teams.Willingness to be onsite 4 days/week in Grand Rapids.Nice-to-HavesExposure to AI platforms (Google Gemini or similar).Interest in or experience with low-code tools like Appian.Familiarity with SAP automation tasks.
