System Engineer
We are seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support national defense and intelligence projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform requirements analysis, decomposition, and traceability for complex systems.Develop and maintain system architectures, designs, and interface control documents.Conduct system-level testing, verification, and validation activities.Participate in trade studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and test engineers.Support integration and testing of system components and subsystems.Document technical specifications, test plans, and project reports.Apply MBSE principles and tools to enhance system development.Provide technical support and expertise throughout the system lifecycle.Qualifications & SkillsUS Citizenship and active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI.Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Science, or related field.6-10+ years of systems engineering experience.Familiarity with requirements management, architecture definition, verification, and validation processes.Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Cameo, Enterprise Architect) is advantageous.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with SysML modeling and techniques; familiarity with AFSIM is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Additional DetailsWork location at customer site.Travel required (0-10%).Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5.
