Job Title: Breakfast AttendantCompany: Shamin HotelsOrganizational Structure:Department: Food and BeverageReports To: General ManagerPay Structure: Hourly, Paid Bi-weeklyPosition Overview:Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables.Essential Job Functions:Providing personalized service to all guestsSetting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standardsTaking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each dayPreparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrationSetting out/arranging cold food, such as pastries, cereals, etc.Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacatedPreparing and setting up hot food itemsRestocking items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next dayWashing serving equipment and returning to storageOther and all duties, projects, and tasks assigned by management
