Fax Server Clerk

This position is responsible for filing medical records into the patient's Onco. EMR chart from the Fax Server. The Fax Server Clerk will also be responsible for printing and distributing any faxes that do not need to be filed into the patient's Onco Server, Clerk, Restaurant, Healthcare, Medical, Patient
