Key Responsibilities of Assistant Accountant: Process accounts payable and receivable, including high-volume vendor invoices and subcontractor payments Track project costs and assist with job cost reporting using accounting systems Record and maintain financial data related to construction projects and contracts Support compliance efforts including insurance documentation and audit preparation Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records 5Qualifications of Assistant Accountant: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience or exposure to accounting functions such as AP/AR or financial recordkeeping Strong Excel skills and attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and meet deadlines #INMAR2026 #LI-SM1
