Skilled Tradesperson / Gutter & Siding Technician

About The Role We’re looking for a skilled tradesman with experience in gutters and siding to join our growing team. What You’ll Be Doing Install, repair, and replace Siding / Soffit/ Trim and Gutters Perform general carpentry work related to exterior construction Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately Work on residential (and occasional commercial) projects Maintain a clean, safe job site Communicate professionally with team members and customers What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in carpentry, siding, and/or gutter installation + experience with using a brake for exterior trims Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices Ability to work at varying heights and lift heavy materials Attention to detail and pride in quality work Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Experience with aluminum, vinyl, or fiber cement siding Leadership or crew lead experience What We Offer Competitive pay with room for growth Consistent, year-round work Supportive team environment Opportunity to advance as the company grows Location: Forence: Kentucky Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive, based on experience Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Enter a brief description of your experience that is applicable to this role below Work Location: In person
