IT Support Specialist
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and software applications. This role is responsible for ensuring that all basic IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently, and that our team is equipped with the tools and resources they need to be productive.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Configure and maintain computer networks, including LAN and computer networking infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers running Mac OS and Linux.
- Utilize ServiceNow to manage and track IT incidents and service requests.
- Offer on-site technical assistance and support to employees.
- Document all IT support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve basic technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and IT industry developments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
