Full Stack Developer | Remote, United States (PST) | 6-Month Stack: React + TypeScript + Node.js + PostgreSQL + Docker + AzureWe are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer to build and support an enterprise-grade operations platform for a hardware-intensive aerospace industry where software reliability has real-world operational impact. This is a modern stack engagement on Azure, with end-to-end ownership across frontend, backend, database, and DevOps.The role is hands-on coding from day one, with expanding scope into business liaison and requirements work as the platform matures. The successful candidate will own features end-to-end, support the application after go-live, and translate business needs into technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain frontend applications using React, TypeScript, React Router, and Tailwind CSSBuild and optimize backend APIs with Node.js (Express or NestJS) and TypeScriptDesign and manage PostgreSQL databases: schema design, migrations, query optimization, indexingImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsDeploy and manage applications on Azure Web App, leveraging Docker containersWrite automated test cases using Jest (backend) and React Testing Library (frontend)Ensure code quality through linting, type checks, and code reviewsCollaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to deliver robust featuresTroubleshoot, monitor, and optimize runtime operations in productionProvide ongoing application support post go-liveAct as a business liaison to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions (BSA-style responsibilities)Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent requests and tasksRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of professional full-stack development experienceStrong proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backendProduction experience with React, React Router, and Tailwind CSSSolid Node.js API development using Express or NestJSHands-on PostgreSQL experience: schema design, migrations, SQL optimisationAzure Web App deployment and Azure DevOps pipelinesDocker for development and deploymentAutomated testing with Jest (backend) and React Testing Library (frontend)REST API design, validation, and error handlingCI/CD, code quality, and DevOps best practicesStrong communication skills: comfortable acting as a business liaison and gathering requirements directly from stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and concurrent requests without losing momentumPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with ASP.NET (C#) for cross-platform integration scenariosExcel VBA scriptingSQL Server (T-SQL, administration)Background in industries where software reliability has real-world operational consequences: aerospace, manufacturing, utilities, defense, or similarExperience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications post go-live
