These roles require strong conceptual thinking, exceptional visual design skills, and the ability to execute across multiple channels.This is an opportunity to work on high-impact campaign initiatives, including a net-new creative platform and a major consumer brand currently in active production.The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary designer with agency experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and can independently drive work forward.Project 1: Healthcare Campaign (6 Weeks)OverviewA newly pitched healthcare client is expected to kick off immediately. The team has developed two distinct creative platforms, and this role will take ownership of combining, refining, and executing a unified campaign direction.What You'll DoLead the creative direction and execution of a new campaign platformCombine and evolve two existing campaign concepts into a single cohesive directionDesign and build out campaign assets across:SocialOut-of-home (OOH) / billboardsCRM / emailLanding pagesAdditional marketing collateralTranslate high-level creative into polished, production-ready deliverablesWork autonomously while collaborating with creative leadershipWhat We're Looking ForStrong concepting ability (critical)Experience owning full campaign execution end-to-endAbility to take initiative and lead without heavy directionPortfolio showcasing campaign-driven work across multiple channelsProject 2: Consumer Fintech Campaign (6 Weeks)OverviewThis role supports an active, high-profile consumer fintech brand in the production phase of a large-scale campaign.
