To learn more, visit www.liveops.com.The Learning Enablement Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of learning and certification programs across multiple stakeholders, systems, and timelines. This role exists to ensure that programs move efficiently and consistently through a complex operational ecosystem-reducing friction, increasing throughput, and maintaining predictable outcomes at scale.Serving as a strategic partner to Learning leadership, Program Leads, Knowledge Management, and Agent Support, the Learning Enablement Analyst identifies systemic operational pain points, ensures dependencies are managed, readiness criteria are met, risks are mitigated early, and execution remains aligned to operational standards. This role provides a single point of accountability for cross functional coordination so that delivery teams can focus on execution rather than orchestration.
