Workers' Compensation Attorney

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their career in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Monday–Thursday | Remote Friday)Key Responsibilities:• Manage a caseload of approximately 150 workers' compensation matters• Prepare and submit settlement demands with supporting documentation• Negotiate claims with opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and related parties• Draft and respond to discovery in a timely and thorough manner• Conduct depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts as needed• Represent clients in hearings, motions, and other court proceedingsQualifications:• Workers' compensation or related litigation experience• Active and in good standing Georgia Bar license (required)• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
