This person will own demand, supply, and inventory planning for service parts that keep instruments running and customers supported.This is not a transactional planning role. The right person will be strong in both planning and analytics, able to challenge system outputs, interpret data, and make smart planning decisions in a fast-moving environment.What You’ll DoOwn demand, supply, and inventory planning for aftermarket service partsAnalyze planning system outputs and adjust recommendations based on real business conditionsTranslate demand signals into supply plans for manufacturing and fulfillmentPartner cross-functionally with operations, customer care, logistics, finance, and engineeringPull and analyze data to identify risk, improve planning accuracy, and support inventory decisionsImprove planning processes, reporting, and system performance through data-driven insightsWhat They’re Looking For5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planningStrong planning + analytics background (this role requires both)Experience using SAP in a planning or supply chain environmentStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasetsExperience pulling and analyzing data directly (SQL and/or Snowflake strongly preferred)Ability to work cross-functionally, challenge assumptions, and communicate clearlyExperience in service parts, aftermarket planning, or complex supply chain environments is strongly preferredNice to HaveMedical device, diagnostics, biotech, or other regulated industry experienceExperience with service parts planning tools such as BaxterExperience supporting global supply chains or multi-region planningWhy This RoleHigh-visibility role supporting critical instrument uptimeStrong mix of strategy, analytics, and planning ownershipWork directly with cross-functional leaders across a global organizationFlexible hybrid environment for the right candidateLong-term contract with strong potential for extensionIf you have a strong mix of supply chain planning, analytics, and systems thinking, this is a great opportunity to step into a highly visible role with meaningful business impact.
