From creating first impressions, to building relationships, and driving leasing success, your day-to-day will include:Connecting with prospective residents by responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and showcasing everything our community has to offerDelivering personalized, engaging property tours that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and valueBuilding local partnerships and executing outreach marketing to generate traffic and referralsSupporting and contributing to social media marketing efforts to promote the community and engage prospective residentsGuiding applicants through the leasing process, from application to approvalVerifying application details and ensuring accuracy in documentationHelping the team meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targetsConducting market research and contributing ideas to enhance marketing strategiesSupporting team operations, including occasional overtime when neededQualificationsProven leasing and/or sales experienceSenior living experience?
