Service Support Engineer We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Service Support Engineer based in Maryland, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania or the nearby region. In this role, you will support leading biotech, pharma, and academic laboratories by ensuring the optimal performance of our state-of-the-art cell counting and analysis instruments.You will be responsible for installations, qualifications, preventive maintenance, and ongoing customer support, acting as a trusted partner to scientists and researchers. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with advanced laboratory technology, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute directly to the company's growth journey. Experience with GMP, cell culture, and techniques like flow cytometry or fluorescent microscopy is a plus.You're confident in customer interactions, ideally with 1+ year of customer-facing experience, and you communicate clearly—both in writing and presentations.
