Technical Program Manager

Overview In this role you will lead the Digital Ecosystem Accelerator (DEX) for NGA, guiding the multi-year delivery of NGA’s federated Digital Engineering Ecosystem anchored by an authoritative data source. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Enterprise Architecture, Digital Engineering, Cloud Native Platform, and Data layers, while interfacing with government stakeholders to manage schedule, budget, and risks. You’ll drive release planning, roadmaps, and government-facing governance, delivering government-owned artifacts on time and to specification. This is a mission-driven position with high impact on national capabilities and data modernization.
