Crew Leader

As a Crew Leader, you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will be responsible for managing a landscaping crew of 2-5 employees and help drive production, quality, safety, and efficiency among the team.Responsibilities:Ensuring all crew members are following safety policies and proceduresUnderstanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations.Managing multiple services that can include any of the following: spray operations, fertilization, maintenance production, tree care, and irrigationPlanning, organizing and managing work for crew members at each client site locationEnsuring proper handling and maintenance of equipment and other company propertyConducting safety, equipment and timekeeping trainingInteracting with clients, residents, and employees with a high level of customer servicePerforming other tasks as assignedRequirements:Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance or installation experienceMinimum 1 year of leadership experience managing crew labor in the landscaping industry.Valid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR checkAbility to perform physical work in all weather conditionsReliable transportationPreferred Skills & Experience:Bilingual in English and Spanish
