L&D RN - Night ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position.Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30)We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) for a night shift role. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery, with preference for 2 years. This position requires strong skills and experience, and first-time travelers are welcome to apply. The RN will be a critical part of our community hospital team, providing care for patients in various stages of labor.Provide care for patients in Labor and Delivery, including stabilization of neonates.Assist with vaginal deliveries, Cesarean sections, and other birthing procedures.Maintain knowledge of and competency in using the Epic charting system.Support breastfeeding and provide education to new parents.Float within all areas of the Labor and Delivery, Mother-Baby, and Postpartum departments as needed.Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled.Current MD RN license or compact license.BLS, ACLS, NCC C-EFM (required at the time of submission).NIH, CPI, and STABLE certifications preferred.Experience in Labor and Delivery with a patient ratio of 1:2.Prior experience with neonates, adolescents, and adults in a community hospital setting is preferred.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
