Enterprise Sales Manager
Please note that while the job application process goes through our parent company, MBO/Cross, this role is specifically for TulsaConnect.TulsaConnect is looking for a dynamic salesperson to join our Enterprise Sales team. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.· Proactively identify and engage with new prospects to pitch technology solutions.· Manage sales inquiries promptly responding to quote requests.· Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to first billing.· Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer needs and address technical challenges.· Foster enduring relationships with the existing client base.· Diligently manage customer contracts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing expirations.· Weekly reporting on deal progress and potential closures.· Possess functional knowledge of Private Cloud frameworks, colocation, O365, MSP, and Enterprise offerings.· Track all leads in the CRM, maintaining detailed records of sales activities.· Execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.· Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.· Stay up to date with new technology and identify how it may fit into the solution stack. · Attend networking events to build industry connections and gather market intelligence.· A working knowledge of professional social networks to promote Enterprise products and scout for new prospects.· Attend trade shows and present as a vendor· Consistently pursue ongoing sales training to enhance skills, including achieving sales certifications in various products.Notes:This is an inbound/outbound sales position. This position is primarily in-office when not visiting customer locations. Limited hybrid work available after evaluation. This position typically requires 10-25% travel. Preferred Qualifications: A solid foundation in consultative sales techniques, with proven experience in engaging and selling to C-level executives.Comprehensive knowledge of the IT Management business vertical, including industry trends, end-user challenges, and the competitive landscape.A strong understanding of service-driven solutions that enhance cost-efficiency, agility, and reliability for IT stakeholders.A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in IT, telecommunications, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with Commercial Data Center/Hosting or MSP/Enterprise experience.A track record of generating leads independently through various methods such as telephone cold-calling, face-to-face networking, trade shows and social media engagement.A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives, with verifiable results from the most recent sales position.A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to initiate tasks without direct supervision.A collaborative team player who serves as a peacemaker, adept at resolving conflicts and fostering harmony among sales colleagues and clients.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in CRM applications and Microsoft Office suite for crafting client presentations and proposals.A commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.Other Requirements: Current Driver’s LicenseAccess to reliable transportation.The ability to clear a criminal background check and a drug test.Education:· High school diploma or equivalent required. · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum 2 years of technical sales experience, preferred.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
