BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a job in Fords, New Jersey.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Physical TherapistDiscipline: TherapyDuration: OngoingEmployment Type: Staff$10,000 Sign on Bonus!BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full time position with our new Central NJ Senior Living team - a Medicare Certified home health office.This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Somerset, Middlesex, and Monmouth Counties.*This is a hybrid position that may also include seeing clients in the traditional home health community setting.Responsibilities: Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as the mobility/range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength and endurance of muscles, balance testing, and safety assessments.Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair utilizing evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
