Assistant Branch Manager Buda| Location: 330 Old San Antonio Rd, Buda, TX 78610 | Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00am-5:45PM and rotating Saturdays: 8:45am-12:15pmAustin Telco Federal Credit Union is looking for a people-first Assistant Branch Manager who loves coaching teams, solving problems, and creating exceptional member experiences. If youre ready to grow your leadership career in a supportive, community-focused environment, this is the place for you.What Youll Do: Branch & Member Service LeadershipSupport daily branch operations and lead the teller teamDeliver friendly, accurate service to members in person and by phoneOpen new accounts and assist with loans, IRAs, HSAs, CDs, and business accountsServe as acting Branch Manager when neededOperational Excellence Open and close the branch and oversee daily operationsMaintain and balance cash drawers, vaults, ATMs, and branch cash controlsSupport fraud/dispute processes, stop-payments, and card servicesAssist with audits, cash ordering, and regulatory complianceSupport mobile deposits and online account servicesProvide coverage and leadership support at nearby branch locations as needed to ensure consistent service and staffing across the regionTeam Coaching & Development Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional member experiencesAssign and direct daily work, monitor performance, and provide feedbackSupport conflict resolution and professional developmentFoster a positive, accountable, member-focused cultureCommunity Engagement Build strong member relationships and promote financial literacyParticipate in community outreach and represent Austin Telco with professionalismWhat You Bring:High school diploma or GED2+ years of supervisory experience in a bank or credit union settingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead a team and manage branch operations independentlyFamiliarity with cash handling, security procedures, and fraud processesReliable attendance and flexibility for occasional after-hours needsWillingness to travel to other branches to support staffing and service needsWhy You'll Love Working Here: Were more than a credit union, were a community.
