A well known law firm in Sumter is seeking to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time role supporting several attorneys across the firm and requires strong litigation experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines and filings independently. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at keeping cases moving efficiently.Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and file pleadings (electronically)Track court deadlines, schedule orders and dates for casesAssist attorney with preparation for hearings, mediations and trials Schedule depositions, mediations, and hearingsDraft Discovery request and responsesQualifications: 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal Experience working with court filings in state and federal courtsParalegal certificate (preferred) Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast paced environmentBenefits & Compensation: $60k+PTOHealth Insurance & 401k offered
