Inventory Documentation Clerk – Medical Equipment

Job Description: Inventory Documentation Clerk – Medical EquipmentPosition Overview: Advanced Imaging is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Documentation Clerk to assist with documenting and handling medical equipment inventory in our facility. This entry-level position combines both administrative and hands-on warehouse responsibilities. It requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to safely handle and move inventory items.Key Responsibilities:Accurately document and record medical equipment items into the company’s inventory management software.Maintain up-to-date and organized inventory records.Perform routine data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Collaborate with inventory management to confirm data accuracy.Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory shipments.Help unload items from delivery trucks and organize them within the warehouse.Move inventory between pallets, shelves, and storage areas as needed.Prepare items for shipment, including wrapping, boxing, palletizing, or placing items into bins.Assist with general shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficient workflow.Qualifications & Skills:Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment, including:Lifting and moving items regularly (most under 10 lbs, occasionally up to 60 lbs)Standing, bending, and moving throughout the dayPrior experience in inventory, warehouse, or administrative roles preferred but not required.Employment Details:Employment Type: Full-time (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)Compensation: $16.50 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:Workers' Compensation InsurancePaid Sick LeaveState Disability Insurance (SDI)Paid Family Leave (PFL)Unemployment InsuranceSocial Security and Medicare ContributionsCalSavers Retirement ProgramLocation:Lake Forest, CaliforniaAbout Advanced Imaging:Advanced Imaging is dedicated to providing exceptional service in diagnostic imaging equipment maintenance and sales.
