You’ll support the North America Managing Director and VP of Strategy with project management tasks, consumer and brand research, and assist in various initiatives that elevate our client projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment while honing skills that are vital for a future career in brand strategy, marketing, and consulting.Key Responsibilities:Research & Analysis:Conduct consumer and brand research to support strategic initiatives.Analyze trends and compile insights to inform creative decision-making.Develop tools to monitor key industry trends, client’s competition, cultural shifts and report back to the JOJA team on your learnings and collected insightsProject Management and Administrative Tasks:Assist with the planning, coordination, and tracking of projects.Help manage schedules, meetings, and follow-up communications internally and with clients.Manage day-to-day administrative duties using G-Suite and other digital tools.Assist in coordinating project and event logistics for client instances such as work-sessions, offsite meetings and retreatsCreative SupportAid in developing creative strategies and building strategic proposals for various projects.Collaborate on initiatives to take JOJA to the next level.Assist in creating visually engaging presentations and marketing materials using Google, Canva and similar platforms.Innovation & AI LearningStay curious and explore new tools and technologies, with a keen interest in AI and AI learning a big plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.Location & Availability:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Must be based in Los Angeles, or NYC, able to work 3 days a week in Santa Monica or Manhattan with our team (Co-working space), and the rest of the week at home (with proper working space and wifi)Availability to work 5 days a week.Available to start asap, for a 6-month contract with opportunity to extend.Ability to travel within the US About Us:🏙 Created 9 years ago, JOJA is a consulting firm at the intersection of strategy, transformation and executive coaching, founded in New York, now based in Paris, with key offices in LA - operating worldwide.🤝 We support many leaders from different industries (from multinational luxury brands to tech scale-up).💡Our value proposition: where other consulting firms complexify everything, we strive to provide simple and relevant answers to complex issues.
