We are looking to hire an engineer to build out our AI brain and automate workflows to extend our impact.You'll work directly with Siv, who:scaled GoodRx to $500M+ in revenuesuccessful 2020 IPObuilt a sophisticated $150M marketing engineworked closely with investors (Upfront) and private equity firms (FP, Spectrum, & Silverlake)What you'll buildAI agents that analyze campaign performance and help marketers decide what to try next.Workflows that connect creative production, campaign launches, and results across advertising platforms.APIs, data models, and integrations that bring campaign and customer data together while keeping each client's information separate.Interfaces where marketers can guide the work, inspect the evidence, and approve changes before they go live.Tests and monitoring that tell us whether an agent completed the job correctly, where it failed, and how to improve it.What your first months could look likeReview the tools we're already using and choose a recurring client workflow to build out. Put it into regular use, adapt it for a second client, and then decide what the platform needs next.What you'll bring3+ years of experience shipping and operating software that people use, including diagnosing failures after launch.Strong backend fundamentals: API design, data modeling, databases, and asynchronous jobs.Enough frontend ability to deliver a usable product.The judgment to scope an unclear problem, choose a practical design, and explain the tradeoffs.Experience building agents and building with LLMs.Interested?
