Relief Driver Rolla MO

Relief driver needed to haul US Mail between Post Offices for two routes in Rolla, MO. Must pass FBI screening and have a clean MVR. Must be able to work independently. Mini van route runs 5:40 - 8:31 am Monday through Saturday, and box truck route runs 5:40 - 8:38 am. Will only work on an as needed basis. Must have/obtain DOT physical. Summary As a Route Driver at Pylet Mail, Inc., you will be responsible for transporting mail along designated routes efficiently and safely. This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time while adhering to safety regulations. Responsibilities Drive assigned routes to deliver mail in a timely manner. Load and unload mail from the vehicle as required. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and traffic laws. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks. Communicate effectively with supervisor regarding any issues or delays. Requirements Valid driver's license required. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Proven experience in truck driving or route driving preferred. Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
