Electrical Project Manager

Job Description We are looking for an ElectricalProject Manager to join our team. As a project manager you will mainly work in an office setting. You will help our construction team meet the needs of our valued and high-profile clients. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with our clients, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure our work not only meets but exceeds expectations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Supervise, lead, and provide guidance to a teamUse Primavera P6 for schedulingEnsure that work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality expectations. This includes daily tracking of job progress, managing budgets, and handling change order submittals.Lead weekly conference calls with project groupsAbility to develop a strong and trusting relationship with our clients so that conflicts and changes are addressed quicklyAssist in building the baseline schedule and project budgetExperience with estimating and BTW preferred.Oversee monthly financials, accruals, and forecastingClosely communicate with internal support groupsResolve escalated issues that require coordination with other departmentsPreform miscellaneous duties as assigned Company Description Are you looking for your next big opportunity?
