The role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, data workflows, and client delivery, supporting both cloud‑hosted and customer‑managed environments.You will work on technically demanding projects for financial institutions, market infrastructure providers, regulators, and quantitative trading firms, collaborating closely with internal product teams and external client stakeholders. Most implementations are cloud‑based, with increasing use of containerised and orchestrated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Implementation & OperationsImplement, deploy, and support OneTick solutions across cloud and client environmentsContribute to the design and maintenance of scalable, resilient infrastructure for analytics and surveillance workloadsSupport system configuration, upgrades, and production releasesData Pipelines & WorkflowsBuild and maintain efficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading workflowsImplement batch and streaming workflows to support analytics and monitoring use casesEnsure performance, reliability, and data integrity across high‑volume datasetsClient‑Specific DeliveryConfigure and customize OneTick deployments to meet client‑specific business and regulatory requirementsDevelop client‑specific extensions and integrations on top of standard productsWork directly with client technical teams on installation, configuration, and troubleshootingMonitoring & SupportMonitor production environments, identify issues, and troubleshoot failuresPartner with product engineering teams to resolve defects and implement improvementsProduce clear technical documentation and operational runbooksCollaboration & DeliveryCommunicate effectively with customers on technical and implementation‑related topicsParticipate in Agile delivery models, contributing across the full implementation lifecycleSupport knowledge transfer and training for client users and internal teamsQualificationsExperience delivering production analytics, surveillance, or market data platformsStrong programming experience in Python or a comparable languageSolid understanding of data workflows, ETL processes, and distributed systems conceptsConfidence working in Linux/Unix environmentsExperience writing unit tests and working with structured testing practicesFamiliarity with containerised or orchestrated environments (e.g. Kubernetes)Comfortable working in client‑facing roles, explaining technical concepts clearlyStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAdvantageousDirect experience with OneTick implementations or operationsExposure to cloud‑native architectures (preferably AWS)Experience with workflow orchestration, monitoring, or alerting toolsBackground in financial markets, trade surveillance, regulatory analytics, or quantitative data platformsExperience working under security, regulatory, or data‑privacy constraintsAdditional InformationA little background on DISimply put – we turn big data problems into smart data solutionsAt our core, Data Intellect is a data and technology consultancy firm.
