Senior Paid Media Manager

The Senior Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid digital campaigns across search and social media platforms. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on platform expertise, and the ability to manage multiple client campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities:• Own and evolve a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, online video, and emerging channels to drive traffic and sales, with brick and mortar and online clientele. • Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging paid media platforms. • Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, translating business goals into channel strategies, briefs, targeting approaches, and measurement plans.• Partner with internal teams to stay ahead of planning, participating in quarterly/monthly road mapping and promotional calendars to ensure media and creative readiness.• Own performance reporting and insights (weekly/monthly) for clients; connect media results to in-store and onsite behavior and conversion drivers and recommend actions to improve outcomes.• Develop deep, consultative relationships with clients as a trusted partner, offering strategic direction driven by data and insights. Your ability to ask the right questions, offer meaningful recommendations, and evolve strategies in real time will reinforce our role as a great partner, not just a vendor. • Manage the creative asset pipeline and process: coordinate reviews and approvals, track production status and ensure on-time delivery of creative for all digital channels.• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing across channels; identify opportunities to reallocate spend to maximize ROI and incremental impact.• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and platform changes to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing with hands-on ownership of multi-channel media programs.• 2+ years leading teams and client relationships. Agency experience preferred, but big agency lifers might struggle here. We move fast, decisions happen quickly, and there is no media planner two cubes over.• 2+ years of experience working within an agency environment.• Experience leading team members, managing vendor partnerships, setting strategy, and driving measurable results.• Strong analytical and measurement expertise, including KPI definition, attribution concepts, and performance reporting; experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and/or similar analytics platforms.• Exceptional project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
