Vocational Rehabilitation Supervisor (SES)Salary: $4,853.33 Monthly / $58,240.00 AnnuallyProfessional OverviewThis position performs professional supervisory work overseeing Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors. The role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; and evaluating performance to ensure effective service delivery and positive workforce outcomes. The incumbent exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, assigning, promoting, disciplining, and recommending personnel actions in alignment with agency policies and operational goals.
