Warehouse Associate

Harrison Paint is a 113-year-old, local, and family-owned paint & coatings manufacturer. We manufacture both interior and exterior coatings for homes, gym floor finishes, and many other products that are sold all over the world and in our local market. Quality, innovation, and excellent customer service are the three pillars that we’ve built our reputation. This position delivers products to customers from our retail store/warehouse. This position is responsible for ensuring that deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner. This involves loading customer orders properly on the van, ensuring that the orders are complete, and delivering merchandise to the customer in a safe and timely manner. Delivery Drivers may also be called upon to perform other tasks as needed, including receiving deliveries, picking freight orders, loading/unloading trucks, re-stocking, tinting, and shaking customer paint orders, using our FedEx/UPS system for parcel shipments. This position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Attendance bonus available. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license, and a clean driving record. Must be physically able to retrieve material from shelves, and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Routinely. Must be able to distinguish colors. Must be comfortable and competent with basic office equipment and computers. Must be comfortable with using forklifts and electric pallet jacks Must be able to work independently and within a small team setting. Energetic, Team player with a willingness to learn new things PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (not required): Experience in a delivery, retail sales, or warehouse position Experience in paint is a plus.
