More information is available at www.sphereentertainmentco.com.Who are we hiring?Reporting to the Senior Director Procurement - Performance & Strategy, The Senior Manager Sphere Ventures & Tech Procurement will lead the development and execution of procurement strategies across the organization for all Sphere Entertainment Co. venues. This position is responsible for supporting, partnering, and collaborating on strategic sourcing strategies for all related spend across Venue Operations and Technology categories.What will you do?Strategic Sourcing & Category ManagementDevelop and execute procurement strategies for Venue Operations and Technology spend categoriesLead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract managementIdentify cost savings opportunities and implement value-driven procurement solutionsManage category spend analysis and develop actionable insights to optimize procurement performanceStakeholder PartnershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sphere venues and technology teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into procurement strategiesServe as a trusted advisor to business partners on procurement best practices and market trendsSupplier ManagementDevelop and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricingConduct supplier performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiativesEvaluate and onboard new suppliers in alignment with company standards and vendor qualification processesProcess Improvement & ComplianceDrive procurement process improvements and standardization across venue operations and technology categoriesEnsure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standardsSupport procurement technology initiatives and system enhancementsWhat do you need to succeed?Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field7+ years of progressive procurement experience, with a focus on technology and/or venue operations categoriesProven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier managementStrong analytical skills, including experience with spend analysis and category managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with procurement systems; experience with Coupa preferredStrong strategic thinking and business acumenAdvanced negotiation and influencing skillsCollaborative leadership style with a team-oriented mindsetResults-driven with strong attention to detailAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment#LI-OnsitePay Range$96,000-$139,000 USDAt MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees' talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
