We’re actively hiring 2 Technical Analysts to join a high-impact data migration program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data mapping, traceability, and data quality assurance , and enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.
About the Role
As a Technical Analyst, you will serve as the analytical backbone of a large-scale migration initiative—ensuring accurate, traceable, and audit-ready data transformation across legacy and target systems.
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting compliance requirements, and enabling seamless transaction processing post-migration.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed field-level data mapping from source to target systems
Build and maintain a Traceability Matrix linking source data, transformations, and outputs
Conduct data quality validation and enforce controls to prevent duplicate processing
Support data discovery and inventory efforts across multiple systems
Translate business requirements into technical mapping logic and data rules
Produce clear, structured documentation to support audit and compliance needs
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Technical or Functional Business Analyst working with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of financial data structures (e.g., MICR, X9.37, ICL standards)
Hands‑on experience with SQL/T‑SQL for data extraction and analysis
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile or hybrid environments)
Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and traceability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with payment processing platforms such as IntegraPay, CheckAlt, or ImageRPS
