You will develop and maintain master project schedules, perform critical path and variance analyses, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress and risks.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent softwarePerform critical path analysis, variance analysis, and schedule impact studiesPrepare weekly look-ahead schedules and monthly schedule narrative reports for OFDEvaluate contractor time extension requests and recommend approval or denialCoordinate with Project Managers and field staff to capture accurate progress dataPrepare resource-loaded schedules and earned value tracking as directedQualifications10+ years of CPM scheduling experience on construction projectsProficiency in Primavera P6 required; MS Project a plusHealthcare facility or occupied institutional construction experience strongly preferredExperience with NYC public sector clients and prevailing wage projects preferredPSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent scheduling certification a plusAbout SRESRE Engineering is a woman-owned, minority-owned certified engineering and CM firm based in New York City.
