Warehouse Team Lead
A great company in Santa Fe Springs is hiring an experienced Team lead for it's Warehouse and Distribution operations.
Functions:
Provide employee training to support warehouse processes and procedures.
Help associates with problem resolutions pertaining to orders.
Demonstrate interpersonal influence and leadership to schedule, manage, and evaluate internal functional groups.
Identify impacts to timelines and communicates consistently with leadership .
Assist manager in daily order flow and relay work instructions to the floor.
Effective communication methods such as email, phone calls, project management tools, etc.
Follow safety compliance standards applicable to a warehouse and distribution function.
Qualifications:
Ability to train others
Customer focused work ethic
Strong project management skills
Timely decision making
Effective problem solving skills
Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office products
