Level 3 IT Technician

Our products and services range from telecommunications systems, MSP services, voice, data, and fiber optic cabling infrastructure to security cameras. No two days are ever the same and we're looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented and friendly person to join our team. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. Expert-level knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems. Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and designing advanced IT solutions. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members. Proficiency in scripting and automation for task optimization and system administration. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are preferred. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
