About the role
Parfums de Marly & Initio Parfums Privs are looking for a goal-oriented and commercially aware Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across assigned territories within the Americas. This role is primarily focused on achieving defined sales targets and business objectives and driving strong sell-in and sell-out performance across accounts. The position requires a goal-oriented, commercially aware professional with strong communication skills, disciplined reporting habits, and the ability to support training and event execution.
Role - Specific Skills:
Achieve annual and quarterly sales goals
Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across accounts
Identify, prospect, and open new business opportunities
Develop existing accounts and expand distribution footprint
Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews
Deliver consistent and accurate sales reporting and forecasting
Monitor KPIs and track performance against targets
Plan and execute sales events and promotional initiatives
Conduct product training sessions for retail staff and partners
Support pricing integrity and margin objectives
Travel occasionally within the Americas region for meetings, events, and market visits
Profile & Qualifications
36 years of sales experience (luxury, fragrance, beauty, or premium consumer goods preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of sell-in / sell-out dynamics
Experience developing accounts and opening new business
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and reporting discipline
Results-driven and proactive mindset
