Daycare Lead Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in a daycare setting - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and educational activities - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare Requirements: - Previous experience working with children, such as nannying or classroom management - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with first aid procedures and basic caregiving techniques - Ability to effectively manage a classroom of students with diverse needs and abilities - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - A passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow Note: Special education experience is a plus but not required.
